Currency
The owner accepts payment in GB pounds by default however may accept euros if specifically agreed in advance
Notes to the rental rates
- Maximum occupancy 6 Adults
- Minimum 3 nights (except July/August - minimum 1 week)
- 25% Deposit is required to confirm reservation
- Final balance due 10 weeks prior to arrival date
- Cancellation charges as detailed on booking confirmation will apply
- Damage/breakage deposit payable with final balance of £200
- Extra nights can be added at appropriate nightly rate subject to availability
- Normal changeover day is Saturday but flexible according to dates and other bookings (not July/August)
- Pool heating - supplement £110 per week payable with final balance
Arrival and Departure
- Accommodation is normally available from 2pm on day of arrival
- To be vacated by 10am on day of departure
- Alternative arrangements may be possible on prior request
- It may be possible to leave packed suitcases at the accommodation prior to 2 pm on the day of arrival or later than 10 am on the day of departure by prior arrangement with the Management Company
- Welcome food packs available and can be tailor made to own requirements
Pool heating
- Although pool heating should be prepaid it is possible to request this by contacting the management company during your stay - although you may incur a callout charge payable locally
- Air conditioning or room heating is included in rental rates (subject to a fair usage policy)
Discounts
- Discounts available for lets in excess of 2 weeks (except July and August)
- Reduced rate for returning clients who confirm their next reservation within 2 weeks of original stay - please enquire
Winter lets
- We welcome winter lets
- Discounts for long lets available
- Heating units in living area and bedrooms
- Heated towel rails in bathrooms
- Owner's large fridge /freezer in laundry room available to use with prior agreementa
- Possibility of use of tumble dryer
- Possibility of extra storage in garage by prior arrangement
Smoking policy
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property
